We’re your hardcore, old-school gym with a modern edge — a place where people come not just to spend time, but to achieve real results. The advantage of our gym is the successful combination of old-school traditions, a focused working atmosphere, and an intense layout featuring state-of-the-art equipment for all athletic levels: from beginners to PRO athletes. In addition to a full line of strength equipment, plate-loaded machines, free weights, cardio machines, and functional training equipment, we offer a unique selection of specialized machines you won’t find in other gyms.
Our atmosphere and music will fuel your motivation from the moment you open the door. From inspirational wall art to high-quality professional equipment — everything is designed with one goal in mind: to provide you with a hardcore environment that pushes you beyond your limits.
We also removed the limitations found in most gyms regarding weight sizes. You won’t hear any noise complaints here.
PERSONAL TRAINERS
We have highly qualified, certified trainers ready to help you reach your goals. Our team includes NPC competitors and IFBB professional athletes who will get you into the best shape of your life. They also specialize in preparing athletes for bodybuilding and fitness competitions.
Our trainers speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
